Connect to other systems

Two things let the app do more than work with files: connectors and plugins.

A connector lets the app reach a system you already use.

To add one, either choose a connector from the catalogue, or set up your own by giving an address or a local command.

If the system needs you to sign in, it opens in your browser. Sometimes the browser fails to send you back to the app. When that happens, copy the address you landed on — or just the code in it — and paste it into the app to finish.

A plugin adds features to the app. Your organisation shares plugins with you, and they appear by themselves. If nobody has shared one, the list is empty.

An administrator can take over a plugin that has lost its owner. While a plugin is frozen, you cannot change your answer about the parts that run code.
