Grunden Cowork and your Google data

This page describes how Grunden Cowork, developed by Grunden AI AB (reg. no. 559341-9129, Solna, Sweden), handles data from your Google account when you connect Google Workspace. Our general Privacy Policy covers all other data.
What we access and why
When you connect your Google account, Grunden Cowork’s AI agent can do the following, only when you ask it to in a chat:
•Google account (email, name, profile picture): to identify the connected account.
•Google Calendar: read your calendars, events and free/busy times, and create, change or delete events.
•Gmail: send emails you ask it to send. It cannot read your mailbox.
•Google Drive: create files and read or change only the files Grunden Cowork created. It cannot see your other files.
•Google Docs and Sheets: read, edit or create a document or spreadsheet you give it a link to or ask it to create.
How we use it
We use your Google data only to carry out the requests you make in Grunden Cowork. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it for any other purpose.
Your Google data is processed by Grunden’s own AI model on Grunden’s servers in Sweden. It is not sent to any external AI provider.
Google user data, including data obtained through Google Workspace APIs, is not used to develop, improve or train generalized or non-personalized AI or machine-learning models.
Storage and deletion
•The tokens that give access to your Google account are stored encrypted on Grunden’s servers in Sweden. They are kept until you disconnect, and then deleted.
•Grunden’s servers do not keep copies of your emails, events, documents or files. What we keep is metadata about the request, such as the number of tokens processed.
•Logs record which actions were run, never their content.
•You can disconnect at any time in Grunden Cowork, remove access at myaccount.google.com/connections, or ask us to delete your data at privacy@grunden.ai.
Sharing
We do not share your Google data with third parties, except with the providers that host our servers, when required by law, or for security purposes such as investigating abuse. Grunden staff do not read your Google data unless you ask us to, for example in a support case, or unless security or the law requires it.
Limited Use
Grunden Cowork’s use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
